Who provides Togeda

Togeda is a product of Alexander Stephen and Co Limited (RC 9263969), registered at 36 Dosumu Ayodeji Crescent, Ikorodu, Lagos State, Nigeria. In these terms, “Togeda,” “we,” and “us” refer to that company. These terms cover jointogeda.com, about.jointogeda.com, and the Togeda services linked from them.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use Togeda.

Your account and eligibility

Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the law says otherwise.

Protected onboarding for people under 18 is not currently open. Earning features require an eligible adult account. Creator publishing may also require an application and approval, and community owners may set additional publishing rules.

Content and communities

You keep ownership of the content you create. When you post it, you give Togeda a non-exclusive permission to host, process, display, and share it as needed to provide the service and the audience you chose. This includes preparing video playback and captions. You must have the rights needed to post the content and grant that permission.

Community owners may set guidelines and review member submissions before publication. Content shared in a community may be visible only to its members, while content shared for everyone may have a wider audience. Check the audience before posting. We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms, community rules, or the law, and we may review reports to protect other people.

Earnings and payments

Creators: approved creators may earn from eligible videos. A video that qualifies for revenue sharing has recorded terms that set the video-owner and community-owner shares. Posting a video alone does not guarantee revenue. Read How creators earn for the creator path.

Members: eligible members may get paid for accumulated, verified watch time on qualifying content. Opening a video or generating an unverified view does not itself create a payment. Read How members earn for the member path.

Rates, eligibility checks, payout minimums, timing, fees, and any applicable taxes depend on the specific earning programme and the terms presented for it. We may review, hold, correct, or reverse amounts linked to error, duplicate activity, fraud, or a breach of these terms. You may need to provide accurate payment details and complete verification before receiving a payout.

Use Togeda respectfully

Do not post unlawful or infringing content, harass or threaten others, share private information without permission, impersonate anyone, interfere with the service, or use bots or other methods to manipulate views, watch time, referrals, or earnings. You can report content or accounts through the available product tools.

Do not attempt to access accounts, communities, or data you are not permitted to use. We may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate action, including removing content, suspending access, or withholding disputed earnings while we review them.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep Togeda available and secure, but features may occasionally be unavailable or change. Third-party services used for sign-in, video delivery, email, or payouts may also affect availability. We will communicate material changes to earning rules or these terms before they take effect when required by law.

You can stop using Togeda at any time. Contact us if you need help with your account or a dispute. We may retain limited information after an account closes as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Questions and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, subject to any rights you have under mandatory local law. If a problem arises, email us first so we can try to resolve it. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
